Purpose and Scope
These Bonus Terms explain participation in NeonBet promotions, the use of promotional balances and the conditions attached to rewards. Read them together with the Terms of Use and the conditions displayed for the selected offer. They do not promise that every promotion will be available to every account. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Offer Information and Eligibility
Eligibility may depend on account status, location, campaign dates, deposit history and other criteria disclosed with the offer. Participation is limited to people aged at least 18, or the higher legal age applicable to them, who may lawfully use the service. Before joining, review the amount, currency, qualifying action, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, maximum stake and deadlines where applicable. Offer-specific details govern that offer; account-specific conditions take precedence where the offer expressly provides for this.
Activation and Deposit Selection
Follow the activation steps displayed in Wallet or on the promotion page. Deposit-match offers must be selected before the deposit is confirmed. A transfer confirmed without selecting the offer cannot be enrolled retroactively. Seeing an advertisement or an older promotion does not reserve a bonus. If the activation status or applicable conditions are unclear, ask Support before depositing or wagering.
Welcome Bonus
Eligible new accounts receive the welcome bonus configured for the current campaign. Check the offer displayed at registration and the progress shown in the account. This default does not establish the conditions of other bonuses, nor does receipt mean the bonus is immediately withdrawable.
Deposit Packages and Reloads
The published welcome deposit package may cover up to three qualifying deposits. The next stage displays its percentage, maximum bonus, minimum deposit and remaining stages. Subsequent weekday or weekend reloads may be offered under their own eligibility, minimum, cap, wagering and cooldown conditions. Neither completion of one stage nor a previous reload guarantees another offer. Review each stage before confirming the relevant deposit.
Main Balance, Bonus Balance and Winnings
Deposited principal, promotional funds and bonus-related winnings may receive different treatment. A bonus balance is not automatically equivalent to funds available for withdrawal. Review the active offer and Wallet before playing or requesting a withdrawal. If the interface does not make that order or the treatment of mixed-funded winnings clear, contact Support before proceeding.
Wagering Requirements and Calculation
A wagering requirement is the qualifying betting volume needed to release the associated promotional balance under the offer rules. The multiplier alone is insufficient: check whether it applies to the bonus, deposit plus bonus or another expressly stated amount. Illustration only: if an offer applies 15× solely to a 10 USDT bonus, the required contribution is 150 USDT. This is not confirmation of the calculation base for every NeonBet offer. Wallet shows completed or remaining wagering; only eligible stakes count.
Eligible Games, Contribution and Settlement
Games and bet types can contribute differently or be excluded, as stated in the offer. The current default sign-up bonus is limited to NeonBet Originals while its wagering requirement remains active. Do not assume that other casino games or sports bets qualify. Where sports betting is eligible, check minimum odds, qualifying markets and the treatment of cancelled, refunded or cashed-out bets. No universal game contribution percentage or sports-odds threshold is established by these terms.
Maximum Stakes and Other Restrictions
Any maximum stake, reward cap, conversion limit or game restriction must be read in the specific offer. The amount of a bonus is not itself a maximum-stake limit. Check the rules before increasing a stake or changing games. If the offer does not clearly disclose a material restriction, ask Support rather than relying on conditions from another campaign. These terms introduce no fixed maximum bet, winnings cap or universal wagering multiplier.
Validity, Expiry and Claiming
A campaign period, activation deadline, wagering deadline and reward-claim window are different conditions. Review each applicable deadline, including its time zone where specified. Some rewards require a separate claim after completion of the qualifying action. Expiry or failure to claim may affect the associated reward under the disclosed offer rules. There is no general seven-day or thirty-day period, automatic extension or guaranteed reactivation under these terms.
Withdrawals and Giving Up a Bonus
The Promotions page states that a withdrawal cannot be completed while a bonus requirement remains. You may complete the requirement or, if the withdrawal flow offers this option, forfeit the bonus and bonus-related winnings to withdraw only eligible main-balance funds. Read the cancellation confirmation carefully: the balance affected must be understood before proceeding. Cancellation does not itself complete security or verification checks or guarantee immediate payment. If the financial effect is unclear, contact Support before confirming.
Lossback
Lossback is calculated from qualifying real-balance activity after returns are taken into account; bonus-funded stakes are excluded. A first-deposit assessment period must close before its result can be claimed, while weekly periods are assessed separately. A real deposit, the minimum eligible loss and the displayed account-standing conditions are required. Use “Check eligibility” to see the relevant period, calculated amount and claim status. Lossback is not reimbursement of every loss or a guarantee of loss-free play.
Wheel, Login Streak and Missions
The wheel follows the cooldown, prize labels and prize weights shown beside it. Rewards can include bonus balance or XP, so a cash prize is not guaranteed. The login streak has seven configurable reward steps; claim the available daily reward and check its conditions. Daily, weekly and one-time missions have their own objectives, progress and rewards. Completed mission rewards must be claimed from the mission list.
Weekly Raffle and Tournaments
The published weekly raffle awards one ticket for each 50 USDT of recorded wagering. The Tournament page displays ticket counts, estimated chances, prizes, draw timing and history. A ticket is an entry, not a guaranteed prize. Do not assume that every tournament uses raffle rules or the same eligible wagering. Consult the particular event for qualifying activity, entry conditions and prize distribution.
Referral Rewards and VIP Rakeback
Referral commission is based on the eligible net losses of referred players at the configured programme rate, not on every wager. Pending amounts and claim availability appear in Account → Referrals. Self-referrals and attempts to manipulate referrals or promotions are ineligible. VIP rakeback is based on the eligible real-money portion of settled wagering; bonus-funded wagering earns no rakeback. Check the VIP page for current tiers and rates. These terms guarantee no fixed commission, personalised offer or future VIP payment.
Combining Offers and Promotional Integrity
Do not assume that several bonuses can run together or that the same deposit qualifies for multiple campaigns. Check any disclosed stacking restrictions and the active offer in Wallet. Fraudulent identities, self-referrals and manipulation of promotions are not eligible. Winning alone does not demonstrate manipulation. Any review or adjustment must relate to the relevant conduct, disclosed conditions, general Terms and applicable law. Shared internet use alone does not establish abuse or justify confiscating unrelated funds.
Errors, Records and Support
For a missing credit, inaccurate progress or disputed reward, contact the Support Center or info@neonbet.cc. Provide the bonus or campaign ID, relevant date, transaction or bet reference and a screenshot where helpful. Do not share passwords, recovery codes, private keys or wallet seed phrases. A display error does not establish a guaranteed entitlement; discrepancies require review of the offer and relevant records.
Changes, Responsible Gaming and Related Policies
Campaigns may be amended or ended prospectively, subject to applicable law and the general Terms. This is not an unrestricted power to rewrite completed activity retroactively. Review the current offer before joining and keep a copy of material conditions. Rewards are not income or a reason to chase losses. The account provides deposit limits and self-exclusion; active self-exclusion blocks play and deposits and cannot be removed by the user before it ends.
